The Automatic SMT lines use the Japanese JUK13010, 350 high-speed placement machines, which are of high efficiency, good accuracy and stable performance, and can produce 100000 pcs led light strips everyday. At present, the monthly production capacity is 1.5 million pieces. We have a strict quality control inspection system, and our company has ISO9001 quality system certification and municipal high-tech enterprise certification. All LED light strips are checked twice in the production, and before shipment,our QC inspection department will check again to ensure quality.
